Recently, Meg and her husband bought and renovated a historic building downtown, breathing new energy into their business and setting the stage for an even bigger vision. Now, she’s taking that same heart and fire into her next calling: consulting women entrepreneurs who crave more than surface-level networking. Through her new program, The Radiant Collective, launching its first cohort in 2026, Meg is building a table where faith-driven women can gather, share, and grow their businesses with the kind of strategy, creativity, and spiritual grounding that turns dreams into daily reality.
A former pageant queen, powerhouse singer, and world traveler, Meg brings all of her facets to the table. Yes. The retreat is a work trip and the yearlong program is professional development. For most participants, this qualifies as a deductible business expense (check with your CPA).

The retreat runs Tuesday–Thursday in February 2026. Exact dates TBD. Monthly calls are scheduled in advance and recorded. Day TBD. The Voxer community is available anytime for all of 2026.

Not at all! All monthly calls are via zoom. Kick off calls in January can be via zoom or in person if you are local. The in person retreat will be held in Poulsbo, WA and you will need to arrange travel to and from if you are not local.

1. Personal Kickoff Call
A 45-minute private strategy call hosted in January to clarify your vision and set your leadership and business goals for the year
2. The Kickoff Retreat
February 2026 in Poulsbo, WA
Tuesday–Thursday (3 day/2 nights) filled with professional development specific to women-run companies (Dates TBD)
High-value gift bags, photoshoots, business planning & workbook
3. Monthly Virtual Gatherings
90-minute group calls focused on leadership, business planning, marketing, and communication & more (every month has a new topic)
